      Subsequently, according to the production volume to follow up, according to the production capacity of each shift is about 30 square meters, about 60 square meters a day, the copper consumption is about 21KG a day, a large slot of copper ball is about 1400KG, according to the production needs to consume 21KG a day, so, according to the theory, the copper ball must be added every week 147KG. After two weeks of observation, the copper ball was not replenished in time in production, and it must be replenished every week, but now it is only replenished once every two weeks. After analysis and observation, it is found that the consumption of copper sulfate is very low in a few days after the copper ball is replenished, maintaining the consumption of about 1-3G, which is much improved than the previous continuous consumption of 6-7G per day.

      From this, we know that the consumption of copper sulfate is in a certain proportion to the number of copper balls. According to this situation, we first increase the number of hanging blue of copper balls. The row in the middle is the most consumed, so we add two hanging blue and one hanging blue on both sides, and then fill up the copper balls completely. Almost no consumption, after a few days of copper ball consumption, copper sulfate and some decline every day, again, the amount of copper ball consumption of copper sulfate also has a direct relationship.
