A soldermask-free exposed metallized copper design ensures optimal high-frequency performance, with strict anti-oxidation and ESD protection applied during blank PCB manufacturing to prevent contact failure or component damage. The layout of circuit board features high-frequency precision impedance traces, large ground copper areas and controlled routing, with tight tolerance control of PCB trace width, spacing and copper thickness to maintain unbroken signal integrity.
The UL 94V-0 flame-retardant substrate delivers exceptional thermal stability during high-temperature lamination and soldering, avoiding PCB delamination, blistering or reduced flame resistance. Its multiple via arrays and Tooling holes also require precise drilling, smooth hole walls and reliable deburring for consistent electrical performance.
